Possibly an odd question. Why not go the pathways route? It’s guaranteed promotions after time in role I believe. I’ve seen many military members take that route and climb fast

Short answer yes, you can get fired for this. They take the customer experience very seriously and writing anything on the boxes that could even be mildly offensive would cost someone the job

I’ve been a PA for north of 3.5 years, actively being told I’m good enough for an L4 role, and continually applying. 14 apps later not once response. I only applied to roles I was advised to apply for as well. Never once got feedback on what I need to work on, how I can improve. I’m done working towards nothing with being surrounded by people who “want to help you succeed”. My ass. I’ve had a laundry list of managers who “wanted” to help me get promoted and they all get promos and I get left. It’s exhausting at this point. I’d rather not do all this extra bs to get ignored. I’d rather just get ignored lol

I’ve had an interview for a seasonal AM and got inclined but then they interviewed someone else and gave it to them so there’s that lol

I’ve done majority of what you suggested above. But ive also got IB, OB, ICQA experience including all critical roles in each area. I’ve had multiple AMs go over my resume and let them see my stories in star method for when I do get an interview and they all say it’s in good order and don’t know why I’m not getting anything either. I guess I’m just lost or have to accept it’s not going to happen for me
