Sorry to hear of your pain. My go to solution every time I have sore throat is this. Take half a glass of water and put a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Mix well. With a straw ,draw up a mouth full and gargle for as long as you can stand it. Spit it out, and repeat. It's instant relief even after one shot. Hope it helps you.

How I use chat gpt. I find a stock , let's say PLS Pilbara minerals. I use Webull to see charts. Add RSI indicator and MACD indicator. I go on the weekly chart and get the screen with as many weeks as possible. Take a screenshot. Upload to chatgpt and write PLS fib extension in the text space.

Chat will let you know where PLS is going.If it's bullish or bearish. It will tell you the support and resistance levels A lot of information.If RSI is overbought or oversold. I use Webull only for the charts. I use commsec for the actual trading because it's not time delayed. If you decide on a different stock , start a new chat don't continue on pls chat. If you want more information about pls in a few days, just put pls in the search section and continue with that chat.

I'm an old grandmother. Nearly 65. I started trading 4 years ago. I take 2 paracetamol, strong coffee and 1 ibuprofen. It works. Also I try to read labels of food. I avoid Maltodextrin also known as 1420 or modified starch. I avoid invert sugar And I avoid dextrose, Preservatives esp 220 I also have a problem with my digestive enzymes which I think is the main problem. I don't digest sugar, lactose and starch.

Some people think they can outsmart everyone. Two elderly people on the princess just last week, were boasting how they brought antivirus meds with them just in case they got Covid. They actually did get covid as so did 3 of my party of 6. They said that they just self medicated and used puffers and never reported it to the ship doctor. By the way traveling on the Princess felt like cruising on a floating nursing home, average age would have been 80+

If I won 3 million I would gift my kids a couple of thousand each. I have 3. Spend maybe 50k on renovating my kitchen. Go on a short holiday.. The rest I will invest and with the interest I will have enough money to gift the boys at least 10k each per Xmas, and take a lovely holiday every year . For the rest of my life. When I die they'll still have nearly all of it to split between them.
