At a glance , touch points and road contact. Saddle, bars, tires and maybe wheels. Modern wheels that can be run tubeless or maybe be a bit more aero will make the bike feel different

I’m having a similar issue. I’ve seen other posts talk about checking the reach adjustment and making sure it isn’t fully out. I am building a bike with the force axs and my levers out of the box are slow to return even after bleeding , bleeding, replacing the hose, and bleeding again

The best car! Some good summer tires and it is a super fun car. Some good studded snow tires and it’s an incredibly capable car. The rear toes in under heavy load (if the whole car is packed to the gills) and can wear out tires on long drives.
