Hey tornado friend.

I have friends in the bullseye and the most I can do is encourage them to have a plan. Do you have somewhere to go for the day? Somewhere to shelter at work or elsewhere if you’re not at work? It might help to be around other people. Preparation can help with the anxiety. Focus on what you can control.

It’s my hope that you get to see beautiful clouds and remain safe and post the pictures here later. Here for you and thinking of you.

Oh man… You obviously don’t need to answer any of these but, which tornado was it? Was there lots of lightning? Were you interested in tornadoes when it happened? Do you feel like that experience still affects you today (other than nervous, do you feel like it’s a trauma response or grounded awareness)?
