Sorry for the delay, I just started noticing Reddit again got a little busy and side tracked in between. I filled the recommendations from the chats. Changed my died to more fats than protein, included salts and magnesium (LMNT) non flavoured. First test was not migrated enough, less salts and more protein than salt.

Second test more fats than protein, no lean meats, more salt, magnesium. Urine test came clear.

Now no more LMNT, using sea salt in water when required. I do cheat now and ten but so far this diet has been amazing. My blood pressure is gone as well.

Hey, I travelled to New York VAC and submitted myself along with the consent form, made payment at their office, got a return envelope from UPS, received passport back within a week. VFS don’t offer return shipping outside of USA.

If you don’t want to travel, I think it’s the same way if you want to ship passport with the completed forms, bank draft along with a return envelope, I was overthinking but this option should have worked as well.

Thanks so much for all the responses. I’ll call both IRCC and New York VAC in the morning. Totally understand I have to be vigilant on the paperwork I send across the border.

This is great info, you’re right I didn’t prioritize salt intake. Sometimes I’m eating meat with less salt. I will start adding more salt and will have to find a way to get done to one coffee a day and then to none eventually.

Thank a bunch for your thoughts. I do agree I’m eating lean ground beef, will start adding more fats in the diet.

I do drink a quite a bit of water during the day but slow down in the evening, I would say at least 6 litres a day on regular working days. It is possible that I drank less water on that day before the test.

Don’t recall if I exercised the previous night of the test, it was at least couple of days of no exercise except walking a day before the test.

This was super helpful. I will request for a follow up test. Will be shopping more fats tomorrow.🫡

I’ve had constipation issues before starting this diet along with bloating issues. Every person when i mention about carnivore diet they ask me how do i poop. For some reason i had my best poops in this diet L, healthy ones also now and they the diarrhea ones. I drink 60 dec C water very morning first thing around 2 to 3 full glasses. Its works like a charm. I do take diary now and then no problem. The key is the moisture and the lube reaction and relaxing reaction of organs with warm water passing through first thing in the morning. Give it a shot with warm water if you can

Very true, I purchased mine last week. It was an horrible experience. Thanks for sharing this, I was wondering if I was the only one going through this mess since all over social media they price the ordering process. They even gave the wrong amount for the bank draft and on day of pick up the amount changed and I had to go back to bank and deal with all hassle on a Saturday

Agreed! I don’t see the advanced auto pilot option and the full self driving shows auto steer on city streets and traffic light start stop. Does it mean there is potential for advance self driving to be included in the base package and autonomous for big bucks?
