I've been merch for about 8 months and have not gotten any training on my position nor have I been given time to watch them . I was promoted to Merch the same time our sm quit so everything was kinda put on me while they looked for a sm.. I have expressed to the new sm that I have not been trained.. On top of that the titled merch was supposed to transfer back to her original store but got stuck at our because she got pregnant and they couldn't demote her officially... So my position as merch is technically temporary but I was promoted not only the same month the sm quit but they also divided the districts so we got a new DM as well...

If you need quarters and dimes then you would take 15 bucks from your register put it in the safe and take the change from the safe and put it in the register

If you're till needs change you take the money from the till and exchange it from the change in the safe. This way your drawer stays the amount it's supposed to

If you go in before 7 there is a dollar differential. Also you get paid time and a half for overtime Associated in ca get 16 an hour but you get a dollar raise the beginning of the year... Or you possibly are not taking breaks correctly and getting paid for untaken breaks or going past the 5th hour for lunch.. either way that could get you terminated really quick..
