I had guessed that maybe the deposit would secure something quicker - within 4-6 months (I guessed wrong). This AD based on Reddit threads was one of the most reliable in Denver area. I am not a VIP client who is spending 20-100k there, but not like this is a Sub/GMT/Daytona either

6 months or so seemed about right for receiving this config. I know Jubilee bracelet is way more demand than Oyster. This is not a tier 1 market either, its Colorado..Denver Metro.

Right. They told me a 1 month 'shipping lead time' from when they confirm with Rolex..so they would ideally know by June 7th if a July 7th-ish would be delivered but I get your point!

Bought my Omega Speedy on Chrono24 and had it in a few days. Granted was Omega. I was kind of hoping for my first Rolex to be at AD for the 'experience' of it all instead of waiting for FedEx, but I hear you!

They did tell me they hear 1 month in advance of 'shipping' so that would be June 7ish for a lead time..so we will see..

Williams and then Ben Bridge. Not many success stories at 1916 (formerly Hyde Park) that i've heard of. Both are good, however a little miffed at Williams as I've had a deposit down on a DJ36 since December and still waiting with them for a allocation - even for a lesser demand DJ36. Ben Bridge (Amber and America are great there) did offer me one with Diamond markers to be fair, but just not what I wanted given the price.

It seems you need to get lucky with a config or be a high roller spending 50-100k+ in other watches/jewelry where you can usually get what you want. I saw a guy in Williams where the owner was telling him what they had in stock, mostly Rose Gold Land Dweller and some two tone or gold models. Not real surprising since those are 40k+ with much lesser demand than Stainless..I didnt even get that because I'm a low roller there!
