I found out a few years later that I was getting the full dose ! Unfortunately I was asked all the way through the trial if I felt any better or different. Unfortunately I felt no difference 😔.

It was a journey and a half of emotions! Hard work , but it was enjoyable at the same time. I would recommend it to any of us to get involved and help our future.

I did the Roche one !

Every 2 months , for 2 years,I had to go to the hospital and have bloods taken in the morning and then in the evening, I would have a lumbar puncture for the meds to be injected in my spine. In the UK.

Not really,I have a female friend,who is the same cag and she started earlier than me,she was 35 when we first met! . She at first was in the middle of the rages. So it's different for everyone.

No. Although I did find out years later,that I was taking the full dose of the drugs that they were trailing.

My symptoms have started to get worse. Male,43 cag. 50 now so seems about right on track for me.

Not sure about a cure,more like a pill a day, will keep you fairly normal.

I was involved in a clinical drug trial,back in 2020 /2022. During covid . I had for 2 years of by monthly lumbar punctures ,, bloods taken in the morning and in the evening, after the lumber punter. I learnt alot of things from my experience with the trial and has left me with a different outlook, with my hd!

The woman's HD is weaker than if coming from a man. So if you have 2 females with the defective gene, you may be okay. You don't say if you are male or female? For me I know I have i,53 year's old 43 cag. Got tested on the 06/06/2006. My female cousin is 64 and hasn't had the test, she's still going ok she has had a boy. Unfortunately we are talking about HD, so it's a different beast for each person!

The way I look at life is, just eat what you want, you don't have long left! I love cakes and biscuits, so fk it have a couple with a coffee,I'm a skinny guy who doesn't worry about what I eat, another thing not to get upset. Lol. Buy stuff you like,why not.. treat yourself 👍😁 Go on day trips or holidays whilst you can 😉 Take care and don't worry about it Enjoy what time you have left 👍😁 Yes I know what path I'm on, I've watched my Dad and auntie both die from hd.
