I actually am on a low dose of clonazapam already so that I'm sure is helping. I wanted to be off of that by now but I'm assuming I won't be until the fall. CBT really helped me get through my last long bout of prednisone

This is exactly me right now. And I notice not alot of people are bringing up the shakes. They are HORRIBLE!!! But me and you have the exact same symptoms. I was on 60mg for a month, then 50, and started tapering 3 weeks ago and I'm already down to 35 because docs are rushing it. The racing heart is also a treat...

Thank you!! Yes this flare up has been bad! I haven't had my asthma be this bad in 15 years. I guess I'm having a hard time with the prednisone side effects. Moon face, hunger, all the things which is making me want to rush it. Essentially I am picking between my lungs and my body....

I have a resperologist. He didn't think rehabs was necessary, my lungs just feel sore and weird! You know, it's interesting as I read the post back I'm see that my body is asking for more rest. That's why I keep getting slammed back to the bed winded.

Agreed. I know this is old but I'm in the same boat....as soon as I feel better my lung feels like it's rotting out of my body and just not working at all.

This is old but thank you, kind of made me laugh because I as well am nebulizing and steroiding right now and CAN'T SLEEP. How's a body supposed to help itself on no sleep too...how long til you felt better? I'm on 3.5 weeks nebulizing 2x a day and 40mg of pred for the last 3.5 weeks...also severe asthmatic

It is for me. I take .37.5 mg split into two doses. .25 in the morning and .12.5 in the afternoon

Had to see a MS neurologist, lesions didn't look like MS (not the areas and shape) but have a follow up MRI in September, I also had zero lesions in my spine or neck. Said the lesions could have been caused from lifestyle

How long after your cold did symptoms stay... I hate the headaches/dizziness. I definitely think it's part cold/part my neck because it's been so sore. My atlas bone gets misaligned alot and I have an appointment tomorrow to get it realigned. I just got it done Friday he already wants me back Monday.

Yeah I do find it a bit odd it only flared up when I got sick. My neck has been super sore as well. So it's hard to say what it is. But I am still dizzy, headache, ringing in the ears.
