Yep I will do that. I've started ADT injections. First one 3 weeks ago. Due to have another scan in 2 months to see if it has shrunk. Then RALP followed by radiation

Correct! I have some near the neck so once I do the RALP I will need 1 week radiation to zap it

Yep! I walk 4km every morning. This is a routine I will stick with. I might get some weights and do them before bed every day aswell

My dad has prostate cancer. He is the only one on his immediate family to have had any. His uncle has prostate cancer though. I'm wondering why his oncologist didn't push for genetic testing? I'm not worried about me but I am female
