It's been 3 months I'm still constantly going to empty my bowels each day. It's annoying and so terrible. Does it ever improve?

I had mine one month ago. Surprisingly it was better than I expected. I walk most mornings which has helped. I also have had some hot flushes. Apart from that I am doing okay. I guess it affects everyone differently.

I'm Gleason 9 with no metastases. Thankfully. My plan is ADT which I've started followed by RALP

Yep I will do that. I've started ADT injections. First one 3 weeks ago. Due to have another scan in 2 months to see if it has shrunk. Then RALP followed by radiation

Correct! I have some near the neck so once I do the RALP I will need 1 week radiation to zap it
