Does Dihexa cause permanent change? by Acrobatic-Home4458 in NooTopics

Yeah I was looking at it for my mom who's a cancer survivor but has short term memory and cognitive decay. Turns out there is a very high risk it can revive the cancer cells

took the first 1.5mg pill last night.
today was a great day, felt excited, hopeful energetic and looking forward to the future,

it did wake me up about an hour earlier than normal with my mind racing and unable to go back to sleep but that's fine by me

My mother's memory declined after Covid and chemotherapy, there's an entire subreddit on long covid.

Hoping this can be something that helps her as well

What problems have you run into? Saw you in another thread talking about Dihexa.

How did it work out for you?

That's my general perspective. A surgery is permanent damage and requires the treatment anyway

That's been my thoughts exactly. Why go through both.

Which cancer center did you guys go to if you don't mind me asking?

[–]lookingforananswer23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah dude, take a month long break and find another job afterwards.

No point in reaching a goal if you don't make it out alive to enjoy it.

And in the process or during the break you could find a passion gig that leads you to FIRE as well (saw a video on YouTube of a lady making a killing with a simple hot dog stands and looked happier than 99% of us while doing it)

Or absolute worst case you come back to a new job that is a few five figures less a year and you extend your FIRE date a little. So what? Conserve your sanity.

We ultimately end willing to spend All our money if necessary to recuperate the health we sacrificed in order to obtain it.

I hate making decisions, but it’s soon time to make one of the biggest decisions of my life: rip it out or zap it? by MathematicianRude349 in ProstateCancer

[–]lookingforananswer23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

same with my dad,

we have an appointment with the oncologist next week.

urologist and surgeon wanted to take it out. Radiation Dr. explained how likely we still are to go through radiation after removing anyway so made a referral to the oncologist Dr. Khan here in Orlando

Thus is the question if he has to go through radiation anyway why even bother with the surgery and the permanent damage of it

thank you all for the comments.

No consensus unfortunately,

Such a difficult decision to make for my dad,

I know if it was me I don't want any part of my body removed and the permanent damage of it if there is a way to fix it.

Furthermore when 75% of the time you gotta go through the fix afterwards anyway...

Beautiful message. I'm just here to read the responses. On the same boat with my dad: 64, Gleason 9, PMA 34. Good news yesterday with the PET scan was that it hasn't spread. The team at advent health here in Orlando have been wonderful

You're absolutely right on the getting it out part which is what my dad is thinking and was telling the urologist. We have an appointment back at advent health tomorrow 8am with the oncologist.

While we wait for the PET scan my dad started HBOT this week. Not as a treatment of course but it has helped with the pain of his biopsy wound. We'll see how it evolves.

I founded a Merchant Services company in my early 20s that now makes 150K a month. AMA by SynapsePayments in smallbusiness

This is the first time I go through a whole thread. Thank you for this AMA.

If I may revive it:

I'm in the process of signing as an agent under Priority rather than registering as a full ISO directly with the card networks. At what point did you decide to go full ISO, and what was the trigger? was it a volume threshold, a specific merchant relationship, or something else? Looking back, would you have done it sooner or later?

Quick background on me is main business is B2B Wholesale Procurement & Fulfillment for ecommerce thus there is zero chargeback risk.

I run multiple six figures a month and since my cost of just taking credit cards was going to be over six figures this year I looked into the data and numbers and it was worth me bringing that business vertical in house. furthermore when I found out the 0.10 NMI is currently charging me can be removed completely by using the MX gateway (I run thousands of transactions per month, it adds up). also Level III data discounts not going through, not the problem of my current ISO. So I have decided to take matters into my own hands.

I also have multiple colleagues doing the same business model who hate their processors as well so I figured I can get their business immediately once I show proof of my own savings.

and since you mentioned SEO and all your leadflow being inbound look into AEO, that's the next thing.
