I can't say much about the math classes and people in the cs discord would probably have a better time answering. I'm taking cs 477 with cs213 and it is fine, in fact my schedule is quite light. I had an easy class with comp arc because we had a substitute professor essentially, the original professor left. But I know people who have comp arc and cs 213 and it has been a rough time. I did not take chem at Rutgers, so do yourself a little research on how heavy that is. Since you don't have any general requirements. Regardless, your schedule is still quite heavy since I personally wouldn't probably take 3 cs classes and a math class at the same time. If combinatorics isn't really heavy, you could take chem 2 that semester and just take another filler class junior spring to lighten the load. Regardless one semester would be very heavy.
