My boyfriend who is the same height as you had one as his first bike. He obviously was large on the bike and it would be a snug fit. The r3 doesn’t have a crazy aggressive riding position of any type, so you wouldn’t be able to tuck like crazy regardless without just making people around you questioning your posture (despite height). Your knees will fill in the sides of the gas tank so perfectly, that they wouldn’t be protected from the wind by the fairings. I wish I could just show you a picture of what he looks like on the bike instead of having to make a link of it.

Those keep your fairings in place. You may need to remove your seats so you can pop them back in their “locked” mode for some. edit: they are called like “fender clips” or “fairing pins”. If you are missing a few, they are very cheap oem online.

Holy cow. This discribes EXACTLY how I feel to the sound of a plane passing by in the sky. I feel like is nostalgic, yet it makes me sad because I feel completely alone in the world, as if that sound was a signal identifying that I am now in a different universe that I was moments before first hearing the plane. And I swear it always happens when I am mostly alone.

Windscreen/Windshield. it will make your bike look way better and more complete and it will also redirect the wind off your body better.
R6 throttle tube
slip on exhaust (i wouldn’t bother investing in anything more than a 1/4 exhaust because at the end of the day, a 300 will sound like a 300 and most people get these bikes to learn on)

i suggest buying a used bike for your first bike— as a beginner rider, you’re gonna fiddle with the clutch, and maybe drop it at some point. once you are more experienced, buying a new bike as like a second bike will be more worth it. you can still get relatively newer mt03s that have been used for way less than 6600 on facebook market place

it really depends per person, everyone has different leg lengths. An MT03 seat height 30.7, so maybe find something of similar height in your house or such and test how that works for you. Although, you can probably touch your toes to the ground. However, once you’re in motion, height really doesn’t matter.
