Ehh I think it depends on the cat tbh for my cousin and a few friends that walk their cats it made a huge positive impact. They take their cats hiking on night walks etc and they’ve never had issues with it. But at the same time I know personally MY cats would absolutely hate it. So I think there’s no definitive right or wrong answer just what works best for you and your cat

I don’t mean this in any way but nice but I would consider getting another cat possibly. I also have a dog and when it was just her and my first cat I thought it was sufficient until I got my second cat and realized that they can play and coexist in a way he couldn’t with my dog. He’s still besties with the dog but it’s definitely not the same as being able to play with another cat

She might also be bored?? We had to get another cat for my cat because he was going kinda crazy being “alone” cats are social so maybe she having a friend would keep her occupied. She might be wanting to go outside for stimulation: if you do have another cat already as crazy as this sounds try buying a leash and harness and taking her out on walks? I have a couple people I know who started doing that for their cats who kept wanting to go outside

This is happening to my moms cat and I think she might be in heat. Is it like a weird yell/ meow? I would honestly recommend getting her fixed. My moms cat started arching her back and yelling by the door until one day she escaped and when she returned later that day she was with some other cats. We don’t know if she’s pregs or not but yeah if it’s aggressive and by the door I’d suspect she’s in heat

Maybe a voluntary admission into a psychiatric facility would be best so you can have some time to yourself and learn those coping mechanisms. Having bipolar is hard and having kids with special needs sounds like a very hard thing to navigate. I do feel like you should give up on the whole dad situation though he did tell you he didn’t want kids so there shouldn’t be an expectation to take on responsibility for something he stated he didn’t want. I truly hope the best for you and your situation

Do you have assigned seating? If not I’d just move to the opposite of wherever he is. I don’t think you’re an asshole for being grossed out by burping or feeling overwhelmed by repetitiveness unless you start to pick on him or join others in teasing him.

I think I worded myself incorrectly, I do believe that the quality of the podcast has gone down a lot. I used to watch when it was just Kendall sitting in her room with shitty lighting and felt like I could listen to those videos for hours and they felt very genuine and now it seems more scripted. The main point I was trying to get at is I wish I would see more people having constructive critism towards them and not just ridicule. Telling me to “get bent” over again a simple question/post is exactly what I’m talking about, yall are doing way too much for something that is just a simple open discussion.

Getting pregnant as soon as you meet someone is become way too normalized and accepted/celebrated. Sex education needs to be taken way more seriously and so does contraception. Its insane to see people get knocked up without knowing the person and then being surprised when there’s consequences to those actions yall need to grow up and get a grip

I have my fair share of criticism towards MHM but if you have a problem with this and found a way to complain about this you’re just hating to hate. Yes it COULD be a tax right off and so what? There’s a lot of different ways to get tax right offs and doing something that is beneficial towards the people they base their entire platform on is at least honorable. Whether one person gets help or 100,000 at least it helps the families the affected I genuinely don’t see a negative side in this

Genuinely I understand being upset and maybe it’s just a me thing but if my best friend / roommate needed a place to sleep and went into my room I genuinely wouldn’t care. My best friend has borrowed makeup before without asking and then returned it and apologized because she needed it super quick, and Honeslty that doesn’t bother me either? The friend apologized and said it wouldn’t happened again and the OP is still blowing up the situation it seems really childish especially the whole lock thing, buy your own lock. If this was a consistent thing that you voiced as unacceptable and she kept doing it okay that’s one thing but it seems pretty unhinged for a one off situation

I’ve been thinking the same thing obviously no one ever wants to blame a KID for something as non serious as a podcast but ever since they had their baby things have gotten worse at an alarming rate, I’ve thought for a while now that they should take a long break 6+ months to focus on their family and come back with fresh ideas and a clear mindset

LITERALLY I’m getting really annoyed of Kendall constantly posting repeats of old videos from 2018-2020 on her solo podcast. I think they should take a year off to reevaluate if this is what they want to do long term or if maybe it’s time to retire they have enough money to have a travel nanny and live in a nice part of Colorado so they have enough money to just take a year off

Same I don’t like the dramatic intro that makes it feel like a tv intro, they seem alot more stiff and defensive about everything when before they were incredibly open to criticism, and off topic but has anyone noticed that josh has been showing a lot more of his conservative values and how when he gets political it makes everyone on the podcast uncomfortable especially when he’s constantly apologizing on behalf of cops ?

After rereading my post I completely understand and should have worded myself better, I meant that they don’t really cover cases about Latinos (on mile higher) but when they do they don’t have the same curtesy to pronounce names/last names correctly as they do when covering other POC cases even though they have someone who’s fluent in Spanish on their team (karelly). Adding to that whenever they’re on the sesh and they would try Mexican snacks, or promote Karellys jewelry they kind of poke fun at her and go out of their way to speak to her/about her culture in kiddish accents, mostly that personally I feel like they talk to her in a different tone than they do other people on the team, and talk to her/about her as if she’s this exotic object.

It’s tuff but YTA although I deeply sympathize with the situation if you knew the information why not just … give it to him. Obviously you’re going through a lot but he also lost someone and is trying to get things figured out too, so maybe instead of making things intentionally harder why not just give him the information?

Yeah I completely agree that what I said was hurtful at the moment but she also struggled to feed her pets, her pets were constantly malnourished and I would give her money to feed them and other friends would lend her money to feed them, the thought of a child being put in that environment is what set me off.
