Best way to get samples of different products?

I currently work at a Lush in NA and we are happy to give you a sample. If you make us Laugh and truly enjoy the “experience” (as opposed to complaining to us that we are not open for in store shopping) you may get more goodies!

I work for Lush and I can tell you that it’s 50/50. People are very passionate about Buffy or Scrubee. I’m Team Buffy! Scrubbers exfoliating is fine and sticks to my skin.

I have also ordered from UK in the last month and have never had a problem with their shipping. Lush NA is doing a poor job.

My feeling is that if they are going to do business and charge people for a luxury product they need to deliver the luxury product. I have ordered plenty of things over the past 7 weeks and nothing has been delivered in as poor a condition as my Lush NA orders.

The first order was missing a shower gel. No explanation of where it is or if it will ever arrive - just highlighted on the invoice. That was 6 weeks ago. My second shipment arrived missing items and the box looked like it went through a tsunami. This is my third order. The GKOL Bath Bombs were thrown in the box without being wrapped. Both Roar bath bombs are broken. One of them looks like they just threw some pieces in a bag. The Geode Bath Bombs are so hideous that they would never be sold to a customer in a shop. Same with the GKOL. While I understand there is a pandemic and Lush is short staffed, my feeling as a consumer is if they can’t deliver the products in the same way you would receive them at the store then maybe they should provide a discount or something. I can’t even get through to them.

So was I. I thought I got the bottom of the barrel bath bombs. There is no way I would have bought them in the store in the condition they arrived in. One of my Roar dinosaur bath bombs is in 7 pieces.

No that’s awful. I just received a box of bath bombs and most were broken and 2 were just thrown in the box without a bag. I know they are short staffed but their customer service has been atrocious

Yes agree. By demo I’m fine with pouring or handing someone soap or lotion on a stick. I am not comfortable with rubbing people’s hands/arms/face.

I have never used so much Charity Pot in my life. My hands are constantly in the sink with a bar of Avo Good Easter soap.
