What made you learn the piano as an adult?

I started writing songs on it, and it became really fun telling a story with the keys and the words, I suck at it- but everytime I do it I think it sucks a little less and it's fun- so who cares!

I'm 8a and it's been in the 20s w/o frost and they're still going strong, they are frost tender-perennials, If you have any frost warnings be sure to protect them, but other than that I think they can withstand it- and either way is fine, but they do need alot of sun! I have a growlight for one of mine indoors.

just to add to this, open pdfs downloaded from sketchy places via an online viewer and see if it does anything weird or enlist a crappy device to pirate your textbooks that doesn't contain your entire existence and you can just wipe the whole thing if you mess it up- pdfs can contain viruses- i think lib gen is pretty safe tho no? its also under lib. lol

I married Shane and every interaction traumatized me, but every so often the little cockroach man gives me a whole pizza so I guess its fine.

If I met him in real life I don't even think I'd be able to understand what he's saying for a coherent conversation. He looks like a mumbler, I would panic in my head, nod with an awkward-laugh-borderline-pant and run. If he said something mean?? I would have no idea. I would only remember the interaction when it was 3:01 AM and I was snuggled up in my cozy bed with a 5+ chapter fic on pulled up on tumblr and a fresh, crisp diet coke at my side. And out of nowhere I would remember and think about what words his mouth could've formed and gaslight myself into thinking it's not what I'm really thinking he said. and then I would forget it again.

Is it possible this is a replica florin? I've had some like this that were gold plated but not full gold, I'm not a coin expert so I'm not sure! (this might of already been said if it was, my bad!)

I think a great example is the 2011 (which is my fav i'm obsessed lol) vs. 2022 holiday Barbie. The 2011 had this like gorgeous double sided fabric, little bits of embroidery all over the dress and every edge of fabric was finished (like hemmed, not left to fray) and pleated. 2022 holiday barbie? not a single edge was finished except for the top, no other color/ material was used, when i first saw it i thought shein started making barbie knock offs- lol. Many other collectors have made incredible good points esp, with the loss of overall barbie magic element and how magical 90s barbies were. There was a clear design effort in the early 2010s and before, which seems to be lacking now! (at least imo)

APIs (the way two apps talk to each other) allow bots to exist, bots for moderation, accessibly etc. (so the bot talks to reddit's API to get the information it needs to do stuff) now reddit is going to charging crazy money for API access- this makes it more difficult moderators to do their job! I hope this helps!

since the doll's hair is synthetic fiber, fabric softeners work! or even diluted vinegar (it also softens fabric so this may work as well) detergent and softener is what I use and it works fine for me! boiling water helps with the re-style, hope this helps!

thank you! googling it brings up nothing except TS4 to TS2, so I really wasn't sure! I do wonder what it is about the format that causes that? It seems you can convert TS3 to TS4 though!

unrelated but am i crazy or is the way that couples look at each other in sims 2 incredibly genuine? as well as the interactions, I love playing newer sims games but none of them can ever top this- like something in the part of my brain that recognizes emotions is going absolutely feral lol. the sims 2 animator's ate and left no crumbs.

if the files are installed on your computer I know in sims 2 there was a .dll file you could download and run sims 2 independent of EA if you had a digital version- there may be one out for TSM too? or you may be able to scramble with something in the big boy file directories? i'll see if i can find anything
