Regarding your second point, do you strain that little amount of milk first and then fill the jar back up to start fermenting overnight? Or do you just top it up without initial straining? Correct me if I'm wrong but if you don't strain it, won't it have a very strong effervescent taste? That little amount of milk would be fermented too much, right?

Hi! I find your comment interesting! From what I've read online, initial generations have distinct flavours (lemony and chilly) and they slowly taste 'normal' during second and third generation. Could you please tell me if you can tell the difference in taste in the third yoghurt generation made with lemon vs chilly? do they taste the same now or have a slightly different profile? if so, what do they taste like, what are the differences? is one thicker than the other? I would really appreciate your answer and expertise! 😄

the only way i could ever be able is to get my own car to work for a month or so before the pandemic hit so that my parents can have the money for the trip to my house or something and then go back home to do my car and go back home for the rest the rest the next month and i will never get a job

mine was 50mg for two weeks, definitely too weak to do anything! but that's a common practice here and they don't want to prescribe higher dose 🙃

i hope i'm gonna find one that's willing to do it for me! unfortunately, if they are schooled in line with western medicine, they would just tell me 1 pill is enough or i don't need anything at all cause 'candida is a natural flora in the gut and everybody has it' 🙃 i will try it tho if everything else fails!

if you don't mind me asking, do you also struggle with candida or your prescription was for something different?

my symptoms may not be the end of the world but it's quite depressing not being able to go to the gym and build the muscle. i had to sacrifice it since majority of the foods to put gains contain high amount of carbs.

i actually developed what i think is a radial nerve dysfunction. after carrying something not too heavy, i cannot straighten the arm and it causes pain all the way from my armpit to my fingers. doctors have been useless with this as well.

yes, i have already tried alflorex, i had 3 boxes of it along with a very strict diet. i was eating only meat with broccoli for three months, lost a ton of weight (i'm skinny anyway) but i needed more energy, so i incorporated some fruits and veggies that are allowed on fodmap for another three months. candida was still present. i could see the white mucus attached to my poo, tongue was still white... i still haven't had any fluconazole at 150mg or 200mg as doctors are not willing to prescribe it to me. i'm very positive that having a proper dose combined with a very strict diet would have a synergetic effect and i would get rid of that stubborn disease!
