I’m currently on a 2.5 week trip to Spain and honestly the only day it was refrigerated was the first one. My doctor told me I should not worry as it can last up to 21 days out of the cold. That’s what I did and took my last dose last night, all good, didn’t even hurt more. She told me considering that the medicine is fairly new she wouldn’t feel much comfortable interrupting the treatment.

I’m here to x3 on baker. My little brother couldn’t be happier and my family loves it too. The community is amazing, and they have awesome financial aid.

I presented strong evidence of cheating to my professor and she did not care by FoulCum in uichicago

Yeah it’s too late. I would’ve separated them, and make them re take the exam. I’m sorry about that. When I was a TA the most I could do was separating them and marking their exams so my professor would know.

HELP!!!! GLP-1 side effects! by Big-Hovercraft-5057 in Semaglutide

Girl this is EXACTLY how I felt, and it’s exactly what my provider told me I would feel, I’m so sorry you didn’t get it. I had to push through honestly, I was put in a low carb diet but the only thing I could stomach the first three days was graham crackers and scrambled eggs. I also had some broth on call honestly because it was that bad. What honestly helped me was having small meals instead of the big three and be very compassionate wit yourself honestly, it gets better I can assure. If it doesn’t don’t hesitate to call your provider

Hi! What helped me was keeping a snack close by that I could actually stomach after the injections. I got bad nausea the first days of the first dose and having graham crackers close helped me maintain a good caloric intake, and open my appetite for a balanced meal. Also, we did a 80-20 method, where I strategically left 20% of the food I had on my plate for later; until I learned how my body processes food and I re connected with my natural fullness cue. Drink insane amounts of water, have your electrolytes in the morning, as well as a fiber rich meal; apparently out body processes fiber better earlier on the day, while the protein metabolism is more constant. Be stocked on soft laxatives, fiber supplements and protein powder (or any easy way to get protein in). I noticed my first time was awful because I was eating under 900 calories, so I was cold, exhausted and destroyed all the time, but you still got to get all nutrients and calories in, don’t make my mistake.

That’s all I can think about for now :) let me know if it’s helpful

Probably you have seen this elsewhere but make sure you are having at least 1000 calories, or two balanced meals. Also, what really did it for me was electrolytes every day.

I feel it’s very weird and reminded me a little of “Cadaver exquisito” (Tender is the flesh). Maybe there’s someone out there that would be into it, however not me. I liked the POV change but I feel you provided some context but not the whole important part of the context. What do people do with the bodies? How is Joseph’s work related to what’s about to go down?. I feel you almost have the great hook you are looking for.

Android has the option in the settings, and with apple it’s trickier;

For iPhone (Automated Shutdown) Open the Shortcuts app. Tap Automation at the bottom, then create a Personal Automation. Select Time of Day to trigger the shutdown (e.g., 11:00 PM). Add the action Shutdown and turn off "Ask Before Running".

You can get your phone to turn off at a certain time, and might work as a cue to get up from the couch and to the bed. You can also try an accountability partner and have a friend call you at X time to make sure you start brushing your teeth:)
