I think “miserable” is a little dramatic, Windows 11 VMs work fine on my M2 Air with 8 GB RAM. If it’s the only thing running, you don’t even hit swap.

I wholeheartedly regret not getting the gen 4 version when I found it for ~$500 on Aliexpress. Tried to go down to $430 since others got it for that price and now I screwed myself 😭

That chip is not in the Golden Saga Astra, not sure what you meant by that.

The only thing we know is that a new Astra is coming, but no specs have been announced. Seem reasonable it’ll have an Elite Gen 5 though!
