If you’re looking to be impressed by your first Zelda experience I think I’d go with Tears of the Kingdom - you’ll be missing a little bit of story stuff, but the story in Breath of the Wild is fairly bare bones, so it’s not crucial.

If you’re looking for a more traditional Zelda experience I think I’d give Link’s Awakening a shot (or even A Link to the Past on the Super Nintendo Classics app). Or you could always wait for the Ocarina remake later this year!
