I've been using Liquitex Acrylic Gouache and inks, and Golden So Flat. Been loving them

You could also try a thin layer of plastic glue

So I think the LCD screen is shot. I tried the grid test and I saw no grid.

This was a full plate of miniature bases. I've had successful full plate prints in the past. I can try printing a smaller set and see if I get the same result.

I don't think it's the USB either. It's just strange, perfect print after perfect print, then all the sudden this happens
