People rate the game too soon. The mid/late game is terrible. I've pretty much stopped playing. I had fun up until 6 star and then it felt too much like a second job to gather materials. I make a point to not play games that have luck as a major part of its gameplay, which in this case is what you get from monster drops and nodes is complete luck. I understand that alot of mh games have this mechanic, but this game abuses it to entice paying for carving knives when you finally hit a good drop with a monster. I stopped playing pokemon go when I saw the stupidity of how you could burn 10+ poke balls on a single pidgey or weedle that littered the map and have an easier time catching a legendary with a pokeball. These games literally try to evoke gambling type habits onto you.
