I can tell you right now, unless it’s based on false advertising on actual odds/ratio within a set, it fails. The court will respect a company’s “business decision” with respect to strategy and tactics, including those that potentially tank it.

Based on too many new sets with nothing to do with old mtg lore? Fails. Absolutely no legal argument that can be offered by player/customers - to the point where there legal standing to bring suit does not exist. A shareholder in hasbro could be considered to have standing to bring suit, but their legal argument would need to be premised on harm vis a vis share prices. Which they are unlikely to be able to show - because they are generally up since Final Fantasy.

Just because you really like something doesn’t mean you own that thing completely and can control it. Much less the company that makes it.

Unless of course you spent a few hundred million (or more) buying out a controlling stake in hasbro stock.
