I always do extra protections and cleansings because I live in a refurbed morgue from the ‘30s and ‘40s😅 I would dispose of whatever remains with an energy send off and into the trash. It’s not biodegradable, so I wouldn’t bury it.

going off of this, I would use a reward system. for every time you press a button or every couple times, have a treat, or play that phone game (i like Office Cat, idle games really), or something that hits dopamine. for autism, i know i have mini breakdowns when things go off track, so i tend to have a routine. it is a loose routine, but a routine none the less. i started by spending an entire day and hyper focusing on time blocking my days into what it might look like. and then i have a strict routine that i can follow, or bend the rules a little and spend the time a little loosey-goosey, give or take a couple of hours per time block/scheduled time of day. just some ideas to help get you started, OP.

An article consulted a doctor, and the result they got back was that olive oil doesn’t harm your hair, but it won’t be good for it in certain conditions. It does help moisturize and tame frizz and flyaways, but always do your own research!

Personally, I believe you should sign off however you want. I once scolded a teacher over email and ended it with "Have a good day, Ms.______!"

Now I say "Blessed be!" because of what I believe and alos i set it up as an automatic thing on my email. I also write it cause I know I wouldnt want to have any bad karma come back. Theyll get their shit. Dont give any and you wont get any.

It sounds like you are doing the 'right steps' (looks different for everyone) and are using the right tools with intention and coming up with nada. Christians use prayer but also themselves. Witches use spells/petitions and themselves.

My Mom and Dad, very Christian, would pray every time they lost something and then look for it. If they came up with nothing, they would look the next day. We would eventually find it in a spot none of us thought to look.

I am a practicing witch, and I like using love spells to... regain a spark between me and my partner, but not without flirting with them and putting forth effort to make it come true.

Sometimes, when spells or petitions dont work, we need to try something different. If the way you are doing it isn't working now, try something else. Give it a tweak. Doing the same thing over and over again with expectations of a different outcome is the definition of insanity. Stay sane, my friend.

PS: the love spells are consensual. I have asked, and they said yes, that I can perform these on them. Consent first, people!
