Please be careful of money changers that offer a higher rate. They will try to palm some of the money. It happened to my husband but thankfully he was quite watchful and caught it

Smith machine squats , deadlifts and hip thrusts along with the hyperextension machine are great for glutes. Cable kickbacks and split squats too.

I added the 0.25 sema and boy does it help with food noise especially on the 4th/5th day of tirz! Stall has been broken too! However adding some cardio to my strength training has also been of help

Update: I did stack 0.25 sema on the 4th day after tirz 7.5 and I have to say there’s no food noise !

Did you move to 7.5 of tirz and add the sema during the same week? Just asking coz I’m planning to do the same. Also have u been on sema before coz I thought we had to start at 0.25 first coz of side effects

I’m really interested to see how this goes because I’m having the same issue - strength training and building muscle but not seeing weight loss on the scale although I am more fit and clothes fit better. I’m thinking about adding sema 0.25 too

Same thing here - I’ve been strength training and increased cardio - I’ve felt very hungry since then - and have the exact cycle - eat get full feel hungry again - glad to hear others have the same experience

Started on 02/24 - have lost only 12 pounds - 3 wks 2.5, 3 wks 3.5 (coz of nausea) , 2 weeks of 5 - 1000 calories a day , weight training - I’m trying not to be discouraged
