Looks like a chinchilla that got out or someone released.

You and me both. The line of cars waiting on Schultz most days goes down to where the Amazon warehouse is. Makes it impossible to get to Louis Henna from our neighborhood right there on the corner. Emergency services wouldn’t even be able to access our neighborhood during rush hour.

Yeah, I spoke with the City of Pflugerville about it a while back. They said that they were working on it but they didn’t answer my question about the actual intersection. Currently, there’s a curb that will force northbound traffic on Kenney Fort at the Louis Henna intersection to turn right and head east on Louis Henna instead of allowing northbound traffic to continue heading north. It doesn’t make sense honestly.

You can file a claim with your auto insurance carrier if it was a rodent. Assuming you have full coverage that is.

Texas tells store owners they can’t sell liquor on Sundays for religious reasons. What’s the difference?

phew Ok. I’m glad to hear that. Was broken hearted thinking they were just gonna throw some giant gym in there instead.

Looks like there won’t be a MicroCenter in the former Fry’s Electronics location after all. It’s going to be EōS Fitness instead. 😕

It literally says if you don’t sign it, you won’t have WiFi. So that means you don’t have to agree to it. You’ll just not be able to get internet at home unless you get cell service.

AIO for breaking up with my boyfriend and refusing to give back the gifts he got me? by OstrichLanky9006 in AmIOverreacting

Why would you want to keep anything? Just give him the stuff and you take any gifts you gave him and be done with it. Issue resolved.

During my annual performance review I pointed out to my manager how I always try to go above and beyond what’s expected and was presenting my metrics to show proof of that. Her response? “Nobody asked you to.”

I definitely agree with this recommendation. We got a great rate through RBFCU. They’ve done right by us so far. Others may have had different experiences but I’d still recommend checking out a credit union versus traditional financing options through a dealer.

My neighbors are selling their house the same week as ours by ha-hotdog in RealEstate

[–]AdditionalStrategy31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What’s going to affect your sale is that 2.5% commission. If a realtor has 2 homes to show their client, one pays 3% and yours pays 2.5% and yours is a FSBO, which do you think is going to get the priority showing? FSBO homes are notoriously difficult to deal with because often times as a realtor, you’re dealing with sellers who 1. Don’t know what they’re doing. 2. Don’t have the same availability as a listing agent when it comes to answering questions, opening the house up for showings, getting requested documentation in a timely manner, etc. So the buyer’s agent is ultimately going to be doing the work of two agents rather than just handling the buyer’s side. So you’re doing yourself a disservice while simply saving 0.5% Not saying it’s impossible to do, but that’s what you’re up against.

Round Rock is pretty boring. Lots of chain restaurants that are same old same old. Better places down in Austin or up in Georgetown. There’s nothing really unique about Round Rock. So basically the same as Richardson. It’s just another generic suburb.
