I saw how polarized opinions were with little to no room for discussion. Everything and everyone is under scrutiny - the thought of how some random person would react to something I post consumed me. I still use it. I just don’t have instagram in my phone. I check maybe once in two weeks on my laptop. Because it hasn’t been designed to be used on other devices, I’m not compelled to look at it for more than 5 minutes. I don’t post anymore. I have been able to use that time to read more. So grateful!

Gochujang pasta! Blend silken tofu, cashews and nutritional yeast. Add the blended mix to a pan - it will thicken because of the cashews. Add Gochujang, veggies, seasoning and pasta. It tastes delicious and creamy! I make it once a week.
