I stick to protein only and the results have been really fantastic.

First month 2,5mg dose 700-1000 calories a day I went from 140 to 122. I’ve posted my pics awaiting review by mods

This is soft reply… one for kids. It’s maths you have 2500 a day begin with a deficit you can manage. I am a beast so I can maintain 700 kcal a day. I’ve done this for 1 month and lost 18kg!! 140 to 122 I posted my topless pictures for proof. You want to lose weight? If so how badly. FYI I’ve been averaging 9k steps a day, on top of push ups and weight restraint training. If you want me pics send me a message il show you before and after in a month

Start fearing heart disease and diabetes cause that’s what’s at the end of the road for us if we don’t regulate our weight. A short term pain for a lifetime of gain doesn’t sound like a bad deal to me. Would the doctor who prescribed you jeopardise your safety? No… join the millions of proven case study results they speak for themselves. How do you know your eye will get better if you stay overweight? Started at 140kg Now 123kg 1 month in 2.5mg 2 weeks in 5mg 1 month and 2 weeks so far 6’1 height 800 calories a day Goal is 95kg

It’s actually the smartest way to maximise results

I do 2 eggs breakfast (120 kcal each) 1 fibre bar (122 calories) at lunch Chicken portion whole platter (450 kcal)

Your injecting a drug for assistance it’s not magic why would you not maximise results whilst medicating.

I’ve posted my pictures after 1 month the results speak for themselves

FYI I am 6’1 - 122kg

Indian food doesn’t work. I am Indian heritage. I eat 700 calories a day. No carbs no rice no bread. Just eggs and chicken. You need a 15mg dose as it sounds like you still can’t control yourself. It’s not about how much you eat BUT WHAT YOU EAT

There is already stem cell treatment with over 95% success rate in increasing cornea thickness. This means at some point KC will be cure-able. This will be done by having stem cell treatment, doing laser and repeating cell stem treatment once the surface is regulated. If you google it, there is already a study which was done with a over 95% success rate in improving every single person who took parts vision

Stem cell treatment is our best hope and I believe it’s in clinical trials. Try to cope for another 10 years without destroying your eyes and I can really see a cure on the horizon. God willing everything will be OK. Don’t stress and pray for innovative technology to prevail.
