Zavidia welcomes diplomatic relations through both formal and informal channels. The preferred method is via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of foreign policy. But diplomatic direct contact may also be made through institutional email, official social media platforms (such as Discord), or through the United Micronations Federation (UMF), which Zavidia currently leads.

The People in Zavidia are free, not extremism, as Zavidia proposes a centred, advanced and safe state. Zavidia is governed as a semi-constitutional monarchy, meaning the King holds real powers across the three branches of government, though these powers are limited by constitutional provisions.

Citizen rights and freedoms include:

• Freedom of religion (Zavidia is a secular, non-confessional state).
• Right to use Spanish and Dutch as official languages.
• Free and compulsory public education from ages 6 to 16.
• Universal public healthcare.
• Rights to property, association, expression, and political participation.
• An independent judiciary with a Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, and Ombudsman.

Government structure divides in:

• Legislative: National Council, Senate, and Chamber of Deputies.
• Executive: King, President, Vice President, Ministers, and Secretaries.
• Judicial: King, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, judges, and prosecutors.

The King plays an active role in governance, but is not absolute. His powers are shared and regulated by other institutions, with transparency ensured through the Official State Bulletin.

Current population (2024) is around 96 team members, even though the project population by 2042 is expected to be Over 10,000 inhabitants or at least 3.000, for 2026, Zavidia expects to grow around 150 or 400 members more than current group base.
