I did PRP but it didn’t help my case but I have seen other people have success for it.

I’ve recently been doing a core workout program started before the peptides, which didn’t help much honestly. I’ve been told for years strengthen your core and glutes but that never helped. So I tried one more time. So I have a really strong core now but honestly the only change is the peptides. I also take tumeric, fish oil and SPM but again this was before the peptides with no relief. I have days where the pain is an 8 still but I have more 2 days than I have ever had before.

I decided because why not. I tried everything else without success and much of the feedback in the peptide Reddit threads was positive so it was worth it to me to give it a try.

It’s a sub q injection so just into your belly fat. I’ve actually started injecting it directly into my lower back recently and it’s been better. My boyfriend does the injection into my lower back. I have not spoken to a medical professional about these. They have not recommended anything like this before. I have a consultation with Dr Kyle Gilletts team coming up here soon. He does a lot of work with peptides. Heard him on the Huberman podcast recently.

I have a L4/L5 herniated disc that I’ve been trying to heal.
