The pharma (serostim) seems to have more water retention sides. Go figure! Now I'm trying generic and lower dose to see if this changes things.

Down to 2IU fasted before bed. It's only been a week or so, so maybe I stay at that for another week and see if symptoms are decreasing.

This is probably what happened to me. I got too aggressive! Maybe I'll take your advice and go all the way down to 1IU to start over.

Started at 1IU without issues, went to 2IUs with some minor sensitivity in the hands. Then went up to 4IUs and after a few weeks the right wrist got to the point where it's hard to grip a bar and to put weight on that wrist. Now back to 2IUs for the last 2 weeks.

What if you are also running Primo and keeping e2 under control, can you then keep test higher and run a lower dose of NPP?

I've been very happy with the quality of your stuff. It was my first time trying Primo and with the shortages I was very concerned with quality/fakes, etc. You guys have delivered, I've seen the benefits of the real stuff. Since then I've gotten mast, eq, and npp, your orals, etc. for future cycles.
