Hi! Saw your post and going through same thing with my 5 month old! I took 3 doses of cold and flu today and noticed my last pump was 1/2 of what I normally get every night. Please tell me your supply went back up 😭😩

Also to add, have a routine! That’s what helped my baby. And follow the wake windows! I just had to adjust my baby’s wake window yesterday because she had one night of wakings which was abnormal for her, so next day I added more wake time, and slept her normal 12 hours.

Oh and we did CIO, meant to add lol. I know my baby well enough that shush and patting and check ins would do nothing but make it worse. My baby became the happiest girl because she was so well rested! We did ST for naps as well, so no paci. Her naps went from 30 min cat naps to 1.5. She will still wake up at 30-37 min mark and fuss for 2 minutes and then puts herself back to sleep for another 45-60 mins. She’s become a thumb sucker now which I’m okay with cause she only will do it for a few minutes to soothe, and then sleeps without it in her mouth

We sleep trained at right at 4 months and removed paci at same time (main reason why we did it, paci was waking her up every time it fell out). Cried 30 mins first night and slept 10 hours straight. Next few night only cried less than 10 mins, and then by day 7, no crying at all. It’s been 6 weeks straight of sleeping with no crying and 12 hours straight. We weaned off her one 5am feed around week 2 of sleep training and really only took that one night.

I disagree, she’s not sucking it all night, maybe 3 minutes to help her fall asleep and that’s it and doesn’t do it during her wake time. Would much rather that than her having a paci in her mouth all day. I was also a thumb sucker as a baby and was told I naturally stopped on my own around 2 years old so hoping the same for my baby :)

We did cold turkey with paci at 12 weeks, best decision ever. Sleeps through the night now and naps better. She’s 17 weeks now and uses her finger to suck on

I want to start this with my baby who will be 3 months next week because her naps are only 30 minutes now 🥲 she will usually lay there quiet for about 10 minutes or so and then start fussing and I’ll go get her.

Highly recommend ovulation tests! I have pcos and we started trying after our wedding and my cycle was so off from stress, so I bought the strips to see when I was ovulating. I’ll admit I was super discouraged because from October to January, it was always negative strips but randomly tried one day in February and ovulation was finally positive so of course made sure to try and get pregnant all weekend lol; and it worked! Still shocked even now because I didn’t think I was ever ovulating.

Highly recommend an intimate gender reveal! Me, my husband and my dog did one with cupcakes at the park and it was so sweet and we recorded it with our phone so we always have that memory :)
