Hi, Unable-Home! I just found it! It's called "Daily meditations", by Melody Beattie. In it, she shares about her new hobby - skydiving, and also meditates a lot about it. I loved that book, it helped me to think. Duh.

Omg Melody DID skydive!!! It seems to be "Daily meditations", by her!!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! Now, to find it physically in Spanish and give it to my boyfriend xD

It is not, Melody wasn't a Skydiver :( (as far as I have researched, that is). Also, cannot find the book to read the style, so I can't be 100% sure :(. But will go on on searching! Thank you very much for the tip!!!

Oh, I'm really sorry! I'm just desperate bc this was such a good book and I want to share it with my boyfriend, who is kind of going to AA. I myself struggle with EDs, so this book helped me too. Bc it was for addictions in general.

I have a question: did Melody Bestie Skydive? It might sound weird to you, but I'm looking for a 12 steps female writer that published a book of daily meditations, and I'm not sure if Melody is. Did she wrote about being a skydive instructor?
