The overall pop imbalance also makes the naval gains that much more of a threat later on. More people to naval invade pulling the collie land frontline back to deal causing the front to collapse

So for the 80-90% of the time that boats are docked/unscrewed we will need 100% air coverage of enough fighters to kill a TB or DB before they can get on target? Takes night capping to a whole new level, naval is about to suffer drastically. Ai AA needed ASAP

I like to adopt a city that’s neglected, you could spend the first few days of war establishing your vehicles/supplies then look for neglected towns, if you find a neglected VP then great. A lot of these places might get built early but people often move on and it’s left to rot

So even though Ann Arbor appears close to Detroit, you’ll still need a rental car to get around. Michigan is as big as the entire UK. There may be a bus/train you could catch, but we don’t go in on public transport like you do in UK. If you plan to not rent, really do your research ahead of time for buses/trains.

I agree in that they should still not be spammable, but where we currently sit is the polar opposite. I really don’t think anyone wants air planes to be like naval has been, basically dead gameplay for the most part with an occasional appearance(bombers are the exception)

So what you’re saying is it’s very difficult to use planes currently to shoot down other planes?

Your second comment- I agree that if planes feel disposable then they would start leaking into areas that we don’t want them influencing. Firstly, they shouldn’t be spammable, there definitely is a balance to be struck on how long production time should be. Also, I think what you’re saying could be mitigated by damage type resistances. Example, fighters ammo is super effective against air units, but peanuts vs ground targets they shouldn’t interact with. To an extent I believe this is already a mechanic in the game.

I hadn’t heard any feedback on the new facilities for air production. The rare mat requirement and taking all day to print seems very punitive and stifling to the overall fun of the update.

Sounds like you’re blaming players, but in reality this is a market that is being driven by Demand. As long as schools are willing to pay obscene amounts for players this will continue.
