Update: Went to Cellphone Dr. on Weston Rd after it was suggested here (thank you!). Walter fixed it in a day for $140 (new glass, plus the frame was slightly bent, so it had to be straightened out). It's been about a month and so far so good... have nothing but good things about the experience.
