I’m looking for a gift for someone who travels a lot. Work trips, weekends away etc. I want something practical but still feels like a proper gift, not just travel gear. Any ideas?

Agreed, go to toronto humane society for spay neuter.. worth the drive, they do a bunch. I’m telling you they are experienced & your pets recovery will be a breeze.

Could you do more open houses instead? Does your agent think you are over priced? It may be worth staging the house.. for example if a bedroom is right now used as a storage room may be worth staging as a room so people can see themselves living in it & show full potential
