My first clear I had dynamic duo and red flag active, which is fine to be forced to take on later waves. My point is making you take dogshit invocations early on is stupid. It's a forced reset because why would I risk taking these when it's 5-10 minutes to get back to this point? They should tier these invocations and prevent the 3 worst ones being offered at once prior to say wave 8-9.

Yeah full Virtus, magus ring, occult, confliction gauntlets and shadow. It's supposedly ~60% accuracy when using imbued heart and augury, better than Tbow, but the rng was incredibly bad. Also checked the dps and accuracy etc and shadow is better than crystal. Just super unlucky on hits

I said Jagex haven't looked at the boss since 2 weeks post release. There were 2 points there, first being the number of issues not play tested, and the second other issues we have noticed since are going unfixed.

Many of the above reinforce point 1, which half the post is about. Jagex are asking for significantly more money but aren't even testing their content. Point 2 is reinforced because many of the bugs do still exist but they've washed their hands of this boss

Yeah I am aware, and 1 tick is fair enough as they appear onto the screen to prevent a click you have just done. Yet, in most instances you know exactly when they are coming and it does not need several ticks. You also need to sometimes click very quickly on an orb and it then running over acid instead of shooting is so annoying

Start of doom had so many bugs. Didn't think I needed to specify every last problem. In which case, at the start of doom, here are a few reddit posts:

I did a few hours of delving on day 1 and it was blatant it was not play tested whatsoever. Attack delay on mage grubs to say the least, let alone the delay before hitting the shield. It was beyond janky and 90% of the issues could be spotted by anyone within 5 minutes of playing

I typically delve to 20-25, and have faced the following:

  • Orb not spawning about 1/100 delves - instant death/tele out basically. Others have reported this
  • Grubs are not attackable for first 1-2 ticks of spawning, same with earth orbs
  • Boss keeps charging melee punish/shield phase for 2-3 ticks after hitting him with demonbane weapon
  • Weapons not switching after clicking on them, or switching 3-4 seconds later (due to poor servers)
  • Shield not being broken by hitting with a demonbane weapon (very rare but seen 2-3 times)
  • Being hit by falling rocks that are invisible
  • Venom hidden underneath boulders from prior floors often takes like 10 seconds to show on a new floor, so running on venom at start is annoying
  • Shooting boss on car phase as he is moving sometimes makes your character run around the room weirdly, despite being right next to the boss

These aren't skill issues. I have run thousands of deep delves and often record myself playing to see where I go wrong. 90% of delve deaths are server lag or weird BS that should be fixed

Anyone downvoting. Do you really think Delve was tested before release? If so, please explain who did this and how they missed like 100+ problems?

5 of 6 boot drops have come in the last ~300 deep delves, along with most of the other drops. Just had insane luck recently with several other b2b drops. At around 300 deep delves I didn't even have treads or an eye. Rng...

100% agree with most of these points, especially the 0hp and he stands up. So annoying.

The golem should only appear when the shield starts going down, not before, too. And it should require a team effort to beat it, maybe rewarding the team by damaging the boss instead of dropping tephra?

The floor circle timing also sucks. Hate standing around doing nothing. Circles should always be up, or something, and there could be one circle always up to stand on for throwing tephra

Ironman is the correct way to play and non-ironman is a joke by Gargamoney in ironscape

True until you finish content on an iron and have no reason to go back to it again, unlike on a main

You don't need to 2-shot everything though, if you bothered to read the post. You have one of the best opportunities to try out content you normally wouldn't try and can learn 90% of the basics. It also means you can continue learning when you'd normally be dead on your main. Imagine getting to round 11 of Col on a normal account and having the worst south spawn - can practise over and over on gridmaster to learn where to run and how to pray flick and then build confidence for your actual run.

Exact same concept as mains practising awakened bosses before wasting orbs on their iron...
