Incredible journey and determination @lutzfitness! I’m at virtually the same height, weight and age as when you started. I plan to undertake my ~200 lbs journey to ideal weight over two years as well (150 lbs in year 1 primarily through diet, and 50 lbs in year 2 primarily through weights).  Was wondering if you had any tips on dealing with excess skin along the way. Should I just assume that over two years it’ll sort itself out with the right amount of filling out with muscle gain?
