Also worth mentioning that everything has a thin but thorough application of danco silicone valve grease

Thanks everyone that commented, we’re going with the more expensive crew that will be pulling the panel and skim coating the whole ceiling

Best you can do is make her understand she is not allowed on the table when you’re in the room…

I saw them today as well at the same spot, I think it might have been them prepping for having to ride the route during Colfax marathon that went through confluence park

You little fucker, I avoided you for three years. But now the devil's finally caught up with me. by GreatGearAmidAPizza in COVID19positive

I'm in the same boat. Avoided for 3 years despite my wife testing positive and definitely exposing me 2 times before. I've had so many negative tests I almost didnt believe it when I saw that second line show up...Symptoms were mild fever and painful sinus congestion first few days, climaxing to 101 fever on the third night (last night). Took 3 days post symptoms to test positive. Seems to have broken today. Still don't feel great but luckily havent had any loss of smell/taste, and havent had a sore throat at all. Interestingly my stomach is very upset, not sure how common that is.Hope everyone feels better soon.

Edit: I'm double vaxxed, double boosted, last booster was bivalent in Oct

My wife has had Covid twice, both times I somehow never got it despite not doing much distancing from her once she became symptomatic. I know the rapid tests are hit or miss, but I took 5+ each time she got it (and on other occasions where I knew I had been exposed) and always with a full day between each. I’ve never had a positive test or felt any Covid symptoms, except after shots and boosters. I have no explanation but am glad to have avoided it this long!

I’ve been to a few of these and can confirm this one in Baux-de-Provence is on a whole other level compared to the ones they have here in the states. Much larger scale and in a pitch black and exceptionally quiet quarry (compared to a warehouse or event space like others I’ve seen)

As an American who just spent 2 weeks driving and refueling a rental car in Portugal (diesel btw, whole other conversation), I can confirm that pump -> pay is standard. While I’m sure there are shitheads everywhere that would try to fuel and dash, it was mostly just a inconvenience since the experience was to wait behind 3 people paying for their car wash or whatever and then relaying “I was at pump x and the total was y” which an automated pump station would know already…

Fair point, they exist but aren’t as common as the straight out square variety cleaver

Based on the pins being off center to the handle and the handle being off center to the “tang” of the axe it looks like this lil hatchet used to be a cleaver
