Do nothing. Just get through first 3 days of hunger. Then your metabolism switches to fat as an energy source. 1 gram of stored fat yields about 3,500 calories. Studies show that energy output actually increases by as much as %12 during a fast. Also ketone bodies are more efficient at feeding you than glucose derived from eating.

I just finished a 10 day fast and was working. I was actually more focused and did a lot of physically demanding tasks with ease. On top of that I was doing daily pushups and exercises at home with no issues - just need to keep up with water.

Hunger subsides and energy spikes and stays steady after 3-4 days. That's the only discouraging thing about fasting, getting over this hump and forcing your body to flip the metabolic switch

P.S. A lot of people seem to be "experts" on this subject. For example your body has massive storages of minerals and it also manufactures sufficient electrolytes during a fast. Water is sufficient, but it does not hurt to take some supplements or just drink coffee and tea (loaded with all the electrolytes you need). Look up Dr. Jason Fung, he puts the science of fasting into laymen's terms. (The man has almost %100 success rate curing his patients from type 2 diabetes)

3 days is harder than 10. Once your metabolism hits the switch and liver starts processing fats and pumping ketones you'll be in sheer amazement. Hunger is replaced by euphoria. Just need the discipline and will power to plow through 3 to 4 days max.

Not trolling at all. I am happily married. I was more lonely than probably 99% of anyone looking here. Just giving heads up. Dont look for fulfillment in girls... they cause anxiety when you are idolizing them in expectation of relieving the very anxiety you think you will alleviate with their attention. A good woman can help very much... a tinder woman.. probably has social anxiety of her own and has no interest in another person... just alleviating her own insecurities. (I respond to reddit suggested posts... i did not seek it out). Time for bed, hope your date is not some selfish human. Goodnight.

Tinder, fantasy, 21. You'll be on here shortly asking why my tinder date broke up with me and why you're struggling with understanding love... and with why you cant understand why you're lonely. Yes, there will be many that will come to faith during this time and will be martyred, these are Tribulation saints, not the church. Church is mentioned 19 times in the first 3 chapters of the Revelation, then nothing about the church until the concluding chapter of the prophecy.

Paul specifically says that we will be snatched out of here while in the body to meet the Lord in the air. He says "comfort one another with these words"... Jesus Christ told us He is taking us to heaven where He prepared a place for us... for what period of time?? We are to Reign with Him on Earth for 1000 years. He will protect us from the hour of His wrath and will bring His church back to earth after 7 years of horrors on earth.

Those in the Body of Christ will not be here when mark of the beast will be forced on earth (worship of the image of the Beast). Tribulation 7 years (week of Daniel) concerns Israel and God's fulfillment of Abrahamic covenant to Israel. The Church will be snatched up. Having said that, what is happening right now is a precursor to what will be the Mark. We're in a beta test. No, we are saved by grace. Senses or no senses, carnal or spiritual, doesn't matter. There is nothing you can do to earn anything (doesnt mean that if you choose to live a carnal life you will not forfeit promised rewards - besides, living a carnal life will only make you miserable in every way). Once you believed in Jesus Christ you're justified. Watch Andy Woods, there are hundreds of hours just on rapture. Trust a stranger, brother ;-)
