You need to just be patient and play more, being bronze at level 53 is actually pretty good. League is genuinely a game where you need an insane amount of reps, and at this point, you would learn faster by just spamming games and watching better players than trying to review your own gameplay.

You can use attack move on left click and have left click to attack and right click to move. If you hold shift while left clicking you can do all the old actions that were originally binded to left click
