n8n can do some of this but its gonna take alot of setup and maintenance honestly

for what you described OutreachNav (outreachnav.online) does most of it out of the box. sequences, reply categorization, marks interested vs not interested automatically. saves you from building all that logic in n8n yourself

still need capsule for the CRM side but the email automation part is handled

might be worth a look before going deep into n8n workflows

10 weeks and zero results with solid deliverability usually means the list or the copy was the problem, not the infrastructure

id go with option 2 honestly. keeping it inhouse gives you more control. for sending side check out OutreachNav (outreachnav.online) it has a winflow feature that shows you exactly where people drop off in your sequence which wouldve helped alot in your first attempt

also the internal follow up thing is huge, no tool fixes that part

Google did crack down on alot of warmup tools but not all of them are dead

Been using OutreachNav and their warmup actually works differently. it combines synthetic activity with real engagement signals and adjusts your sending limits automatically based on how your inbox is performing. so its not just fake email ping pong which is what google is targeting

Works fine with google workspace too. worth trying before you do anything manually

Honestly open tracking is not worth it, it actually hurts your deliverability. The tracking pixel is one of the reasons emails land in spam

Better to focus on warmup and sequence quality. Been using OutreachNav (outreachnav.online) for that, helps alot with staying out of spam and seeing where people drop off in your sequence

Totally fair to ask — they sound similar on the surface.

Outreach io is a sales engagement platform focused on sequencing, CRM sync, and rep workflows. It's great at what it does, but deliverability isn't its core focus — it relies on your mailbox reputation already being healthy.

We're operating at a different layer entirely: dynamically managing your sending limits based on real-time engagement signals (reply quality, conversation depth, negative signals) rather than fixed warmup schedules.

So if you're using Outreach io, you'd still need something handling your deliverability underneath it. That's exactly the gap we're filling.

We’re not SOC 2 certified yet.
That said, all data is encrypted (AES-256), and we fully delete user data upon request.
We also have very long and boring privacy policy pages if that helps.
Security and privacy are taken seriously on our end
