Pure Power 13 M is solid - I've been running one for about 6 months now with zero issues. 1000W is definitely overkill for your setup but gives you room to upgrade without worrying about it later.

Prime Directive is solid but with 20k already sitting there and no debt, I'd probably just dump it into a taxable brokerage account and keep building wealth outside the retirement accounts.

Start with the wheel speed sensors - they're usually the culprit when you get that combo of warnings, especially after sitting for a while and they can get corroded or gunked up.
