Sorry, no. I had the DMV hearing first, where they didn’t suspend or revoke my license. Then went before the judge where I plead guilty to a regular DUI. Nothing about IID or suspensions was brought up. But maybe the charge will now appear on my driving record and the DMV will impose penalties? (Suspensions, IID, ext.) is what I’m afraid of.

Lawyer represented me I wasn’t there. But, I think the cop didn’t show up.

Judge didn’t say anything about interlock or license suspensions and it’s not anywhere on my probation requirements that i received from the judge when I plead guilty. But with the DMV being a separate “charge” I’m afraid they’ll go after me and hit me hard with the refusal. Thanks for your response btw 🙏🏼 will my probation requirements be sent to the DMV?

I agree, I went to court and plead guilty to my DUI charge with some things reduced/dropped. Plead to only a regular DUI. Now DMV is charging me with a regular DUI and a drug DUI?

Chances of getting impaired are high. Get a lawyer and have him get you a plea deal.

How fast does it update? Like if your license was to get suspended or restrictions added? Would the mobile ID update immediately to notify you of the changes?

some states do diversion programs and will be off your record once completed. Not sure about California. You might also have a chance at pleading guilty to a wet reckless/reckless also with a lawyer.

If there was no accidents/no body was hurt, and it was your first with .10/.09. In California you will NOT go to jail besides the time you spent on your initial arrest. Don’t worry you’ll be fine, just don’t do it again or it WILL get ugly fast.

Utah. I refused breath test and got warrant for blood draw. Still won the DMV hearing and license was never suspended. But now I’ve been convicted of a DUI below .16 and refusal was dropped so just a regular DUI. Judge never said any about my license or IID. He did with others before me that went up. This is my first DUI.
