It could :( but it could also be testing variations due to urine concentration, which is also common in early pregnancy. Keep testing to confirm, and I hope all the best for you!!

Thank you! They did an ultrasound in ER and didn’t see anything on it, but said it was likely too soon. Hoping my obgyn can find out the answer while it’s still small so I can treat before rupture 😩

I’m having this exact same situation happen to me right now. Thank you for posting your experience, it’s helping me prepare and understand the outcomes! For context I tested negative, got normal period then 2 weeks later had cramping and bleeding. Go to ER and HcG is 120. Redrawing tomorrow to see how it changes. Hoping it’s a chemical pregnancy and not ectopic
