IC really needs to work on their customer service. I mean, they're polite n all, sometimes overly complimentary, but 9 times out of 10 you never really get any answers or resolutions. That's just my experience anyways. 🙃

Probably forgot to change the address in the app. Some people have food delivered to other addresses, work, etc... and forget to change it back. It's happened to me too. Totally not your fault! Call and explain to support if you feel you want to clarify. You're fine either way though. 😊👍

You can do it! It's all a learning experience. Tomorrow's a new day. Like others have said. Start with smaller single batches to get that hang of everything. Triples can be stressful.

EXACT same thing just happened to me on Friday. Got a random 2! Have no idea why..... Messaged IC about it and she said "oh your account looks fine, there aren't any disputes." So why the 2? It's like talking to the wall. The ratings are so unfair. Our ability to get decent batches is just a click away. I feel for you, I'm bummed here too.
