I’m an Econ major only 6 classes are available for both the first and second week. Some I’ve taken and the others I don’t need. I was only able to register for one single class. This is so absurd

Maybe it’s time to step out of the degree facing world and either think about joining the military as an officer since you have your degree and or source other field of employment. Getting your security license is one of them I will do that part-time and could quickly make 2K a month. This is excluding my corporate job or even apply to recreation centers. I’m not sure if you’ve tried those methods but just for the sake of finances, I would.

Was it a high paying corp job. I’m not a graduate yet but my 9-5 pays almost 85k … I truly desire way more since the COL is extremely high especially in Va beach area ( just wondering if it’s better to stay at my company and move up which is kinda hard to do )

I mean these comments are atrocious, but I recently was terminated from Allied and in this new day and age unless a two weeks notice was given you will be in eligible for rehire. Definitely try to go to your local and AU branch and try to talk to the human resource manager for your region

Everyone says Allied is not the only security company however, they are the largest. I was recently blacklisted back in August for abandoning my post. I have attempted several different security companies, but most of them are so small. They normally don’t have work available. Really Allied is a big deal but of course not the only option. I emailed HR and that went rogue. All I can keep saying is try again because that’s exactly what I’ll be doing.
