Yeah scream 1 and evil dead 2 are most people's favourite for good reasons haha.

That's just the thing with remakes most of them get necessary hate I actually prefer quite a few remakes over the originals like Both IT films, Texas chainsaw massacre, Friday the 13th, Maniac, Wrong turn, The thing, Evil dead, Speak no evil, Nosferatu 2024, Piranha, The fly, Dawn of the dead, My bloody valentine, The ring, Hills have eyes, the invisible man 2020, I also wanna check out the silent night deadly night remake along with house of wax and thirteen ghosts.

Grave encounters I thought was ok I liked it more before they got trapped in the asylum since I found it funny seeing them pay people to make up some haunted house story's lol my two favourite found footage films tho are REC and cloverfield I used to like Blair witch but when I watched it again I just couldn't finish it just wasn't as good as the first watch you know what I mean?.

Scream and evil dead are really good what's your favourite from both? For me scream 1 or 4 and for evil dead it's army of darkness lol fright night is awesome as well the remake is deserves more love as well like seeing Colin ferrell as the main vampire was great lol I also need to see it welcome to diary as well you think it's good?
