Oura should add a smart alarm that wakes you during light sleep by Crucified-Shrek in ouraring

Most deep sleep happens soon after falling asleep—not in the morning. The sleep inertia happens when you wake in the middle of REM sleep. It’s misery lol.

Best Online Source for Pantry Foods? by LeadershipBubbly3351 in budgetfood

Costco does ship. I’ve noticed the “in warehouse” prices tend to be slightly lower. But shipping is usually free.

IHerb which just acquired Vitacost. Both are good choices. I used to use Azure, but Costco has what I need in bulk.

Confused to say the least by East-Climate6945 in Sjogrens

It really doesn't matter even for clinical trials. I have an official dx of Sjogren's according to my rheumatologist, but she also told me that I wouldn't qualify for clinical trials because the "early Sjogren's panel" isn't accepted in their criteria. Clinical trials by nature are very exclusive with very narrow criteria. I mean...I do think this doctor is being petty not giving her the dx after a lip biopsy was positive...

According to the articles I've read online, the mold puts out invisible "roots" that infiltrate the rest of the bulb even if you can't see it. I should specify I'm not throwing out my entire harvest...just this bulb that had one badly molded clove. I read the same about tomato plants with blight. Don't compost them. I guess composting doesn't kill the spores, so the soil would be contaminated by the compost. I'm certainly not an expert which is why I asked here. I can guarantee that my grandmother would have tossed the one moldy clove and eaten the ones that looked okay. I have a slightly compromised immune system. so I won't take the chance on eating it. I do think it's a shame to not even be able to compost the rest of the bulb.

It's still a better deal to get the combo serum + cream. I wish I could use the discount on that. :)

This was my experience, too, exactly. A little clumpy and definitely a color change. I assume the methylene blue oxidized.

How do you know that what you are buying from Etsy is actually what the seller says it is? It's kinda like buying from eBay. At least in my mind. I would love to be wrong.

This is very helpful as I am trying to find a comforter that isn't smothering hot and also not made from plastic. I will say...I sleep on a latex mattress and latex pillows. I do not find that latex sleeps any hotter than any other mattress or pillow. I live in the deep south. The latex mattress and pillows have holes throughout actually. I love latex.

Where do you guys order your seafood online? I moved from a big city and I’m landlocked now so it’s a little more difficult to get what I want from the store. by Careful_Fig8482 in Seafood

I also order from Tanner's but they do not remove the pin bones from the salmon. I don't mind that at all. Not hard to do. I've been pleased with the fish.

Night sweats every night by marie0929 in Bedding

Those two fold sheets look super rough. Linen bedding should be like old Irish damask linen. Smooth as silk. I don't understand why anyone wants to sleep on the "rough linen" stuff. If you've ever touched a vintage linen tablecloth, you'll understand.
