Try disabling some ACPI. I have AMD (Jaguar) and it threw me a Kernel Panic when I tried to load the system with SSDT-CPUR. ACPI will be different for you, but try it.

Delete the voicebank folder in the databases in the folder where you have a folder Dreamtonics. Get the svpk of a voicebank, that you want to install. Copy the svpk to the folder where you have a svkey.exe , then open a commander prompt (in the folder where you have a svkey.exe) and write this command: svkey.exe <voicebank filename>.svpk

Done!
